A middle-aged white woman with dark, wavy hair and silver hoop earrings is smiling at you

My name is Holly, a chronically ill, neurodivergent, Gen Xer who's moving through life as a disabled-ish person.

Outwardly I appear very able-bodied, and at times even I forget my limitations.

And then my disabled-ish body reminds me.

As a wellness investigator who's been teaching anatomy-focused stretching for nearly two decades, it's been intense trying to navigate my many autoimmune diseases, chronic Lyme disease, and hypermobility.

My intention for this pod is to talk with others who, like me, are trying to make sense of our bodies' changing abilities.
